Complaints and praises regarding our employees or customers are readily received by either. Customers receive a weekly quality of care survey with their bill in order to rate our staff. Employees are encouraged to contact us regarding unsafe or unpleasant customer work sites. Our customers, employees and/or the public may contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint commission- certified organization by calling 800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
